the hotel was central to our needs, however, we arrived and took a snifter in the bar and WOW it was so hot in the main area, which was at best a 1* experience. We were advised on arrival that we could not use the restaurant as they had a …
A lovely place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. Additionally, there were other rooms behind the hotel to cater to customers who brought their dogs. Th bar area was warm and inviting with a good selection of drinks. Part of the bar area also catered to dogs and their owners and even had a dog menu.
We ate breakfast in the restaurant all three mornings we were there. The breakfasts were hot and tasty. The waitresses were outstanding and the cooks were dead on with the orders we asked for each day.
Great location, not far from the town centre, about 5 minutes walking if that. The staff are lovely. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was OK, not crazy about the sausages but that's my personal preference, the rest was great and you could help yourself to toast, pastries etc. The pool is nice and clean, jacuzzi is big enough for 5. This is my second time here and I would definitely go back

The lodges were amazing! Bathroom is well decorated and overall very clean & comfy rooms. All of the staff were so lovely and friendly! Laura especially was amazing. Also the dinner and breakfast was very tasty. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting wales❤️
Had a meal in the dining room, piri piri chicken. It was very over cooked and not very appertizing. For the price I would have expected better. I did mention it to the staff but they said the chef hadn't had any other complaints !!!!
